Frederic has over 24 years of combined experience in sales leadership, business development, business modelling, coaching and training and in project management.

Koen has over 30 years of experience in product management, sales, marketing, operations and strategy roles and has managed teams and departments ranging from 2 to over 130 people across the world.
He started his career in software development, product management, and services. He then started focusing more on the commercial side of the business in Marketing, Business Development, Sales Management, and Operations.
More recently, he has been working as a business consultant guiding companies in various sectors in the role of project manager and business coach, to help with their growth, organization, sales & marketing strategy and operations. Koen is also active in guiding tech start-ups and scale-ups with their business model and go-to-market.
In many cultures, the oak has special significance and is seen as a symbol of wisdom, strength, stability and perseverance.We chose Oak Woodland as a name, with these ambitious treats in mind. To keep this link alive, it is our ambition to save a part of our yearly profit for preservation of oak woods in Belgium.
